3 interactive and fun workshops (climate fresk, 9 planetary frontiers fresco, CSR fresco) are proposed to start the day, promoting understanding of sustainability issues through collective intelligence. The choice of workshop is made after prior discussion, adapted to the needs and stage of development of your company.

Before the Sustainability Starter Day, the company will be asked to complete a short online questionnaire covering all areas of ESG (Environment, Social, Governance). This initial diagnosis will be discussed to explore perspectives, forming the basis for the last workshop.

ACTION – Drawing up an initial action plan
Depending on the results of the diagnosis and preliminary discussions, a choice will be made between 6 workshops: company purpose, stakeholders, team cohesion, change management, ODD matching or First list of ESG initiatives. At the end of the session, you will leave with a first action plan.

Logistic
The Sustainability Starter Day takes place away from the office, in a sustainable space surrounded by greenery. The lunchtime meal is low in meat and uses local producers.
